Inclusive of gas, electricity, linen and towels (except beach, pool towels).

We have a no smoking policy in the gites and are unable to accept pets. Barbeque with wine included on day of arrival June to September.

Wood can be purchased in the cooler months. A deposit of 25% of the rental is required when making your booking.

The balance of the rental is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. In the event of cancellation of a booking within 8 weeks of arrival, regrettably the full cost of the reserved accommodation will be charged and will be waived only in the event that all cancelled accommodation is re-let.

A refundable damage deposit of £85 is required when balance is due but will not be presented unless damage has occurred.

Long winter lets minimum 4 weeks in La Boheme, £145 per week.

Bed & breakfast available £35 per night per room. All year except July and August.
