Inclusive of gas, electricity, free Wi-Fi and ethernet connection, linen and towels (except beach, pool towels).

We have a no smoking policy in the gites and are unable to accept pets. Barbeque with wine included on day of arrival mid June to mid September.

Wood can be purchased in the cooler months. A deposit of 35% of the rental is required when making your booking.

The balance of the rental is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. In the event of cancellation of a booking within 8 weeks of arrival, regrettably the full cost of the reserved accommodation will be charged and will be waived only in the event that all cancelled accommodation is re-let.

A refundable damage deposit of £100 is required when balance is due but will not be presented unless damage has occurred.

Long winter lets available at reduced rates, ideal for house hunters.

Bed and breakfast available except July and August.
