Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, cooker, fridge. Open plan dining area with table and chairs. Satellite colour television with video, plus selection of videos to choose from. Radio/cassette/c.d. plus selection of books and games.

Off the hallway we have two bedrooms. The double bedroom with wrought iron bed and French doors leading to the grapevine and herb garden area. The twin bedroom is large enough to accommodate another single bed on request. Both bedrooms with wood panelling, decorated in warm yellows and ochre.

The large shower room with tiled floor, washbasin, w.c. shaver point and hairdryer.

Roses, herbs and vines surround the patio area. Patio table and chairs with gaz barbeque make an ideal setting for eating out ‘al fresco’, especially as you have lovely views over the gardens and across the valley.

A barbeque with wine is included on day of arrival June to September. Linen and towels included. In adjacent utility room a washing machine, tumble dryer and w.c. Ironing board and iron in gite. Cot and highchair available on request.

We have not mentioned the pool, games room and bicycles!
